This Viognier, whose grapes came from Rodney’s Vineyard, of the Fess Parker Vineyards, was produced in 100% stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation. Its aromas include nasturtium, green melon, white peach and a hint of cotton candy; while apple, light honey and a tiny amount of residual sugar round out the mouth feel and balance the bright acidity.
