This wine is medium to dark red in color and extremely floral on the nose with flavors of red cherry and cranberry with a lively acid profile. There is also a note of sea-bed/saline quality that i find absolutely captivating.
Dark in color and expressive from start to finish, it appears that the 2009 has just a touch more fruit to offer as well as highlights of fresh tea leaves and floral notes. The abundant palate is soft and rich with notes of dark fruit, vanilla and spice.
