nuanced and delicate in the nose while full-bodied on the palate. My guess is that there's a greater portion of Grenache in this year's assemblage, providing an aromatic lift over previous vintages. Dark crimson and already dripping with blackberries and ripe raspberries. Forest floor and herbs peek through with, perhaps, a dash of lavender. A delight.
Juicy, ripe peach and tangerine flavors are very appealing, with a refreshing acidity and fresh floral, herb and spice notes. The texture is smooth and juicy, with a lingering finish. Received 90 pt Wine Spectator
