Fermented in stainless steel and aged only five months, this wine has hints of baked green apples, citrus zest, ripe pears and mineral notes with a round, soft mid-palate and a long finish. Pair with grilled seafood.
Spiced dark chocolate, lightly toasted oak, raspberry and black cherry on the nose. Good structure with rich, round mid-palate and hearty tannins. Aged 20 months in French oak barrels, 25% new oak. Pair with herb crusted rack of lamb and roasted potatoes.
