The 2009 vintage has produced a wine with extra density and concentration. Although the aromatics suggest sweetness, the wine is dry but very fruity, refreshing, and exceptionally long. It is an outstanding value that over-delivers in a big way."

The 2010 Cold Heaven Cellars Viognier from the Le Bon Climat Vineyard is a perfect smash between Old World and New World wines. The sandy and clay loam soils of the Le Bon Climat Vineyard, paired with the unique micro-climate in where the vineyard sits, proves to create a powerful and balanced Viognier. With perfume notes of citrus, ginger, honey, and flowers, before your first sip, you are already entirely drawn in. On the palate, lively pit fruit jumps out front, which helps to bring out a minerality in the wine. Followed by a slight salinity and a slow mounting spiciness. All leading to a mouth watering finish, showing true clarity and persistence!

Biodynamic. Primary notes of fresh Anjou pear, baked apple, and orange blossom transition into more secondary, vinous notes of wet stone, beeswax, and lanolin. This is stellar now, with lively acidity that makes this incredibly food friendly, but it will really shine with some short-term bottle age.

With a gorgeous candy cane pink color, Goat Bubbles Rose is a visually seductive sparkling wine. The scent of rosebud comes through on the nose, complemented by a delicate bread dough aroma. The flavor of unripe red cherries lingers on the palate.
