Bollinger NV Magnum, Champagne, French Wine, 1500 ml
90 Points Wine Spectator
A lovely, balanced Champagne, with mineral and toast notes accenting flavors of quince, green pear, white peach and verbena. Backed by firm acidity, this shows impressive texture and finesse.
Our price: $140.00
Botani 2009, Moscatel, Malaga, Spain, (750 ml)
- 91 Pts Jay Miller - The Wine Advocate
Medium straw-colored with a green tint, it displays a nose of mineral, spring flowers, acacia, and a hint of tropical aromas. The 2009 vintage has produced a wine with extra density and concentration. Although the aromatics suggest sweetness, the wine is dry but very fruity, refreshing, and exceptionally long. It is an outstanding value that over-delivers in a big way."
Our price: $19.00
Cold Heaven 2010, Viognier, Le Bon Climat Vineyard, Santa Barbara County, California Wine, 750ml
The 2010 Cold Heaven Cellars Viognier from the Le Bon Climat Vineyard is a perfect smash between Old World and New World wines. The sandy and clay loam soils of the Le Bon Climat Vineyard, paired with the unique micro-climate in where the vineyard sits, proves to create a powerful and balanced Viognier. With perfume notes of citrus, ginger, honey, and flowers, before your first sip, you are already entirely drawn in. On the palate, lively pit fruit jumps out front, which helps to bring out a minerality in the wine. Followed by a slight salinity and a slow mounting spiciness. All leading to a mouth watering finish, showing true clarity and persistence!

Eric Texier 2011 Roussanne, Brezeme, Cotes-du-Rhone
Biodynamic. Primary notes of fresh Anjou pear, baked apple, and orange blossom transition into more secondary, vinous notes of wet stone, beeswax, and lanolin. This is stellar now, with lively acidity that makes this incredibly food friendly, but it will really shine with some short-term bottle age.
Our price: $29.00
Germano 2008, Brut Bianco, Alta Langa, Piemonte, Italian Wine, 750ml
The base wine for the Germano Alta Langa is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. In April, after the primary fermentation, the wines are blended together, bottled, and the second fermentation begins, lasting 4-6 months. Twenty months of lees aging in the bottle follows, then the wine is disgorged.
Our price: $45.00
Germano 2010, Chardonnay, Langhe, Piemonte, Italian Wine, 750ml
In a region known for Barolo it's surprising to find chardonnay. With a tiny plot of chardonnay, Germano is fermenting in stainless steel tanks but still producing a wine with tarragon and orange-like aromas and a creamy texture due to malolactic fermentation.
Our price: $20.00
