Adelaida

Adelaida 2008, Zinfandel, Estate, Paso Robles, California Wine, 750ml. Dry-farmed, head-pruned and organically tended, these vines yield very little fruit, both is size and quantity. The addition of older vine fruit from Westside Shelley Vineyard (40 years) adds complexity to the blend. The resulting wine is robust, full of briary fruit with hints of white pepper spice. The wine reveals notes of cedar and dusty cocoa on the palate, lingering long after the last sip.
