Jeff Fischer has been making small amounts of Habit-forming wine out of Doug Margerum's cellar (Margerum) in Santa Ynez since 2008. This is his second vintage of Sauvignon Blanc, which used fruit from Grassini, McGinley and Star Lane, all in Happy Canyon. Stainless steel fermented with no malo and weekly lees stirring, this wine walks the line between fresh and zippy and textured with grace.
